What does your role at JDP involve?

As an operations manager my main duties are ensuring the day-to-day service runs smoothly. Because of my previous IT background, I’m heavily involved with the technology side of the business and often run projects relating to this.

What do you enjoy most about working for JDP?

I’ve been with JDP for almost 4 years and the management, office staff and engineers are fantastic to work with.  We offer great customer service to our customers so there is a good sense of job satisfaction.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

I’m a season ticket holder at Aston Villa Football club and support my local football team Boldmere st Michaels.  I have a passion for music and still DJ in bars and clubs in Birmingham when the opportunities arise.
